This was my very first comic book. It was given to me by an aunt when I was 8 or 9 and living in a little trailer in Owosso, MI.

She must’ve known I liked the cartoon and grabbed it off of a newsstand on her way over or something. Pack of cigarettes, 5 bucks on pump 2… oh, and maybe I’ll pick this up for Glynis’ kid. Y’know, completely reshape his world… his dreams and aspirations. Start something that’ll consume him for his foreseeable future.
